Browser Requirements

If you are experiencing issues with our LMS or courses, please make sure your browser and system meets the requirements below. The results below will detect your browser requirements.

Operating System:

 

Mac, Linux and Windows operating systems are supported as long as your browser meets requirements.

Flash Version:

 

Adobe Flash Player plugin 9 or higher MUST be INSTALLED & ENABLED on your browser. Download the Flash Plugin at www.adobe.com

Screen Resolution:

 

800 x 600 or higher recommended.

Javascript:

 

Java runtime client plugin 1.5 or higher. You MUST have Java Script ENABLED on your browser.Download the Java client at www.java.com.

Browser:

 

Supported browsers: Chrome 29 and above. Firefox 25 and above. Internet Explorer(IE)7, 8, 9, 10 & 11. All browsers MUST have Java Script ENABLED. Learn More.

Pop-up Blocker:

You must turn off your pop-up blocker on your browser for the training site you are accessing.

Other Tips:

  • iPads & tablets - Our courses require Adobe Flash Player Plugin to be enabled on your browser, which most tablets do not support.
  • If using Internet Explorer and having issues viewing courses, toggle your "Compatibility Mode" setting on the browser. Learn more.
  • If your company network uses a proxy server or other type of web/URL security filter, please add our website to your whitelist so it is not filtered.
  • Delete the cache or temporary internet files in your browser.

System Requirements

In addition to the browser requirements. Please make sure your PC or laptop meets the following recommended requirements.

  • Your browser must meet the requirements in the "Browser Requirements" section above.
  • Mac, Linux and Windows operating systems are supported as long as your browser meets requirements.
  • Minimum 1GB RAM (2GB recommended for highly-interactive content including audio and video streaming)
  • Internet access (high-speed connection recommended)
